De Belgische elektronische artiest Nico Morano kondigt zijn aankomende album ‘Forever Ever Dancer’ aan. Het album telt 12 tracks en verschijnt op 27 november 2026 via Ontourage Music. Geïnspireerd door zijn levenslange liefde voor dansen, is deze bijzonder persoonlijke plaat het resultaat van meer dan twintig jaar muzikale ervaringen. Met zijn kenmerkende, emotioneel gedreven Housesound viert Nico de vrijheid, verbondenheid en het pure plezier van bewegen op muziek.
Centraal in ‘Forever Ever Dancer’ staat de relatie tussen muziek, beweging en herinneringen. Het album is gevormd door de mensen, plaatsen en ervaringen die Nico’s muzikale parcours hebben beïnvloed. Het brengt zowel de gezamenlijke energie van een dansvloer als de persoonlijke herinneringen die een vertrouwde melodie kan oproepen, samen.
De titel ontstond vanuit een bijzondere band tussen Nico en zijn dochter. Beiden delen een grote liefde voor dansen en omschrijven zichzelf als ‘forever ever dancers’. Wat begon als een persoonlijke uitdrukking groeide uit tot de centrale gedachte achter het album. Het is een ode aan het instinct om te bewegen en aan de vrijheid om op elke leeftijd en overal te kunnen dansen.
Door Melodic House te combineren met invloeden uit de jaren 80 en de Indie-muziek, brengt Nico rijke harmonieën, vintage synthesizers en analoge apparatuur samen met expressieve zangpartijen en live-instrumentatie. Het resultaat is een album dat moeiteloos schakelt tussen opzwepende clubmomenten en meer introspectieve composities, waarbij melodie en verhalen vertellen de rode draad vormen.
Nico Morano vertelt:
“Forever Ever Dancer weerspiegelt alles waar ik muzikaal en persoonlijk voor sta. Het gaat over de emoties die muziek oproept, de connecties die we maken en die momenten waarop we ons volledig willen verliezen in de muziek. Ik heb altijd gehouden van het idee dat dansen geen grenzen kent en niet gebonden is aan een bepaalde tijd of plaats. Met dit album wil ik dat gevoel vieren. Waar je ook bent en welk moment je ook beleeft, er is altijd een reden om te dansen.”
Op de twaalf tracks verkent Nico verschillende facetten van zijn muzikale identiteit. ‘A New Dawn’ behoort tot de meest persoonlijke momenten van het album, terwijl ‘Clock Me’ bewust afwijkt van de traditionele vierkwartsmaat die zo kenmerkend is voor elektronische dansmuziek.
‘Falling’, een samenwerking met Paul Brenning, put uit zijn bredere muzikale invloeden. Met ‘With You’ verkent Nico dan weer thema’s als verbondenheid en relaties.
Eerder verschenen al verschillende singles uit het album, waaronder ‘Endlessly’, ‘Always On The Run’, ‘Runaway’ en ‘Neverender’. Op de eerste drie tracks is Solaene te horen.
Van Club Illusion tot internationale podia
Nico’s muzikale parcours begon in België, waar hij als tiener in de ban raakte van elektronische muziek nadat hij The Prodigy ontdekte. Op zijn zestiende investeerde hij zijn inkomsten uit een zomervakantiejob in zijn eerste professionele DJ-installatie.
Later wist hij met een zelfgemaakte mixtape een residentie te bemachtigen in Club Illusion. Wat aanvankelijk begon als een maandelijkse boeking, groeide uit tot een residentie van maar liefst tien jaar. Die periode speelde een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van zijn muzikale identiteit en zijn kijk op de clubcultuur.
Vandaag staat Nico Morano bekend om zijn kleurrijke melodieën, organische grooves en progressieve invloeden. Als oprichter van Ontourage Music bouwde hij een eigen platenlabel en evenementenconcept uit, waarbij muziek en verbondenheid centraal staan.
Zijn releases verschenen onder meer op Get Physical, MoBlack Records en Days Like Nights. Tot zijn opvallende tracks behoren ‘Juno Love’, ‘Solaris’ en ‘Sun Sun Sun’.
Met meer dan één miljoen maandelijkse luisteraars op Spotify en optredens op festivals en locaties als Tomorrowland, Voodoo Village en Café del Mar, heeft Nico Morano inmiddels een internationaal publiek bereikt. Zijn muzikale carrière bracht hem naar vijf verschillende continenten.

The title itself began with a connection between Nico and his daughter, who share a love of dancing and identify as ‘forever ever dancers’. Blending Melodic House with 1980s and Indie influences, Nico combines rich harmonies, vintage synthesisers and analogue hardware with expressive vocals and live instrumentation. The result moves between uplifting club moments and more introspective compositions, with melody and storytelling running throughout.

Across the 12 tracks, Nico explores different sides of his musical identity. ‘A New Dawn’ offers one of the album’s most personal moments, while ‘Clock Me’ breaks from conventional four-to-the-floor rhythms. ‘Falling’ featuring Paul Brenning draws on his broader musical influences, while ‘With You’ explores themes of connection and relationships. Nico’s journey began in Belgium, where discovering The Prodigy as a teenager sparked his fascination with electronic music. At 16, he invested his summer earnings in his first professional DJ equipment, later securing a residency at Club Illusion through a homemade mixtape. What began as a monthly booking evolved into a decade-long residency, shaping his musical identity and understanding of club culture.

As founder of Ontourage Music, he has established a record label and event concept rooted in music and community.
